Finally we’ll go away and do some research based on what we’ve learnt about you, your business and your processes. Then we find some solutions that we think would suit your needs to be able to systemise and automate your business processes.
This part includes a final video chat so we can take you through it all and demo things, where needed.
The next step is to document your current processes so we can identify the areas that can be systemised. Once we do that we create a new - ideal business process flow and identify which specific things can be systemised.
This part also includes us chatting to you by video or in person. We recommend setting aside up to 3 hours to take us through things.

The Real Deal is a service only for those who have done The Starter first.
The Real Deal helps you implement the business process changes or simply assists you with your business processes to grow your business.
The minimum term for The Real Deal is 3 months. This is a bespoke service depending on your business needs.
The fees will depend on the solution you choose to implement - as some will be more time intensive (for us) than others. For example getting your business set up on a new piece of “behind the scenes” software will take more effort than putting together a suite of document templates.
Enquiry to Quote process is now automated. A saving of c.30 minutes per enquiry for a business that receives over 100 enquiries per month has been achieved. Enabling 100% of Bridal enquiries to be responded to within minutes and with a personal touch.
Researched and presented an online software that automates workflow. The client booked us to do their set up and data entry to the new software. Identified key risk topics that needed addressing in the client contract and updated.

The Starter takes around a week, once you’ve completed your intake form and we’ve had a call or meeting to go through your current processes.
If you go for The Real Deal after you'e done The Starter with us, the time that takes depends on what you decide to implement in your business.

We sure can. Once you’ve done The Starter with us, we can move your over to The Real Deal. It’s a minimum commitment of 3 months and it’s a monthly fee to help you implement any systemisations that you want to implement. As each company and their preferred solution is unique, there’s no set price for this and we can quote for it, if you want us involved.
